Our Reservation Policy

Whilst we encourage online bookings, please be aware that there may be limited availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, please contact the restaurant directly on +61 9332 2344. If your booking is for 5 or more guests we require credit card details to secure your reservation. If you fail to arrive for your booking or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation a cancellation fee may apply.

If you would like to book a private event please email functions@thebentley.com.au.

We require all reservations to be confirmed prior to the booking. We will try to confirm with you, however if you have not been contacted please phone or email us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations. For some bookings at 6:00 pm and 6:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, your table may be limited to a 2 hour time frame.

Luke Burgess joins us for one-night-only October 6

Luke Burgess helped put Hobart on the culinary map when he opened Garagiste in 2011. Renowned for only serving local produce, he creates beautiful dishes with his unique and natural techniques. At Yellow, he’ll be serving a 5-course menu in his signature style for $130pp.
With matched wines + $70. A must-book!

Congratulations to our Co-owner and Grand Poobah, Brent Savage on winning the Good Food Guide 2015 ‘Chef of the Year’. Yellow was also awarded 1 Chefs Hat at the awards night on September 1. Hooray!

YELLOW PRESENTS…

Tuesday August 26 marks the first in our new series of “Yellow Presents…” Guest Chef dinners where we will be inviting some of Australia’s most exciting young chefs to take over at the burners for one night only. First up is Aaron Turner (ex-Loam, Drysdale Australia) & Morgan McGlone (ex-Husk USA) who will be going head-to-head to serve a 6-course feast with wines matched by Nick Hildebrandt. See more here

Yellow was awarded a 3-Glass Rating (Very Highly Recommended) in the 2014 Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards 2014. The Awards are held by Gourmet Traveller Wine and Fine Wine Partners and were held in Sydney on July 28. See more here
