Our Reservation Policy

Whilst we encourage online bookings, please be aware that there may be limited availability. If your preferred time is unavailable, please contact the restaurant directly on +61 9332 2344. If your booking is for 6 or more guests we require credit card details to secure your reservation. If you fail to arrive for your booking or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation a cancellation fee may apply.

If you would like to book a private event please email functions@thebentley.com.au.

We require all reservations to be confirmed prior to the booking. We will try to confirm with you, however if you have not been contacted please phone or email us directly. We reserve the right to cancel any un-confirmed reservations. For some bookings at 6:00 pm and 6:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, your table may be limited to a 2 hour time frame.

Matt Preston is Australia’s foremost authority on delicious and achievable food, thanks to his regular columns in Stellar magazine, delicious. magazine and Taste magazine, and 11 years as co-host and judge on ratings juggernaut MasterChef Australia. Preston has also released 7 best-selling cook books which have been published in Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Portugal.

His latest book MORE hosts a collection of delicious recipes, starring vegetables, with more of everything: more flavour, more texture, more colour. “They’ve been looked at as ‘stuff on the side’, but when you play around with them you realise they’re bloody amazing,” says Preston.  Brent Savage recognised diners appetite for vegetables growing and turned Yellow full vegetarian in 2016.  “The great thing about working with vegetables, is that their seasonality inspires invention.”

In what will be a collaborative affair, Brent has selected his favourite dishes from the book and will be hitting the pans to help bring the recipes to life on the evening.

This is an opportunity to get up close and personal with Matt and purchase signed copies of MORE which will be available on the night.

Tickets are $130 per person for snacks and five vegetarian courses (see menu below*) with wine matches available too.
