YELLOW TRUFFLE DINNERS
On Wednesday the 5th and Thursday the 6th of August, Yellow will be embracing the truffle season with a luxurious vegan truffle menu supported by Citi. The 4-course menu + snacks will hero David Coomer’s black perigold truffles with a celebration of the winter vegetable season.
Guests can expect a departure from traditional truffle dishes,
and experience a tasting menu featuring some of Brent Savage’s favourite vegetables.
Brent explains, “I love working with truffles later in the season, as they are at their peak in terms of fragrance and aroma. For these dinners, we will be championing some amazing winter vegetables, specifically root vegetables which are at their prime. Matching these vegetables with truffles draws out and enhances their natural earthiness.”
The vegan truffle menu will be priced at $150pp with an optional wine match by Nick Hildebrandt available on the evening’s.
