Jo Barrett and Matt Stone of Oakridge Wines in the Yarra Valley are the first guest chefs on the pass on Tuesday 30 April.
At Oakridge Jo and Matt run the kitchen together constructing their seasonal menus based on what’s growing in the kitchen garden, as well as wild produce foraged or caught nearby. They share strong philosophies in ethical food concepts, incorporating only local produce and adopting a no-waste policy in all their dishes.
