Block 11 has been growing organic produce since 1939. Greg is now part of the third generation running the family business. They grow exceptional organic produce in Orange and at the Hawksbury. You can find them on Saturdays at the Eveleigh farmers market.

Musset Holdings is a small family-run farm in Colo Vale, they have been growing organic oyster mushrooms since 2020. Apart from being delicious these mushrooms also produce nutrient-rich compost that enhances their vegetable gardens. By 2023, they introduced farm tours, allowing visitors to see firsthand how they cultivate their mushrooms and vegetables using eco-friendly, regenerative practices.
Newcastle Greens have been growing and supplying to restaurants, cafes and private chefs since 2012. They search for rare varietals from all over the world that provide interesting textures, flavours and visual appeal.


Boon Luck Farm grows organic, nutrient-rich heirloom fruits and vegetables in the ancient volcanic soils of Byron Shire. Using sustainable methods — including polytunnels, permanent beds, and shade cloth — the farm cultivates a diverse range of commercial and Asian vegetables, as well as native and tropical fruits.
Supplying select restaurants in the Northern Rivers and Sydney, Boon Luck Farm is known for its vibrant, flavourful produce and commitment to the land.
